Open Challenge Series Info

Open Challenge Series allows any driver to compete at EDD Racing on Thursday-Saturday Nights...(EDD runs league races Sunday - Wednesday)...EDD Officials present a variety of challenging races at many different tracks from 8:00 EST to after Midnight.

Each month a winner is crowned the OCS Champion and receives an award Plaque and a place as an EDD Online Champion forever enshrined in our Champions page.

EDD takes your TOP 20 RACES of the month...the best races each driver has.  Using the Race Points Manager, which uses the NEXTEL point system, each race is scored for every driver. Usually the driver with the most wins, top 5's and bonus points for their Top 20 races is crowned.

Like the points example below, the total points show Iron the winner, but Doc had more wins, more bonus points, and better top 5's than Iron.

EDD races run approximately 45 minutes, counting the warm up, qualify and actual race, and tries to get 5 events in each OCS night.
